Love Your Mountains

Hiking around in the Slovenian mountains is just a beautiful experience. Here we are taking a break in Triglav National Park with a staggering view and 1000 meter drops. On the map this is one of the dotted routes which indicates that it’s not for beginners. We only met 2 other hikers in 4 hours and that in the high season. The Julian Alps are probably just not that well-known like the Austrian or Swiss Alps which was just perfectly fine to us. Highly recommend a hike up Mount Triglav if you bring the proper gear. It is doable without a Via Ferrata/Glettersteig-set and helmet when skies are clear, but if they’re not take one of the detours like we did. Take your time and love your mountains.
