Last autumn I went on a mushroom search with an expert. He found this tiny mushroom species that are known as coral mushrooms. These were maybe 2 centimeters high, but apparently they can grow pretty large. I had never seen a mushroom like this and I’m still fascinated by it when I look at this photo.
